Christmas #1

First we celebrated with Chad's family. (Grandma blogged about it, too.) It was decided last-minute, so the girls were surprised but very excited. Even more surprised was Grandma, who hadn't finished making their outfits yet!! (They were done in time, though, and they looked adorable. Since this was the first celebration, the girls weren't sure what to expect, but they caught on very quickly!

Of course, we made them endure the obligatory posed pictures before presents.

Getting down to business, taking it very seriously.

All you scrapbookers will appreciate this one: my new Cricut!!!! I am so excited - this little machine is so much fun.

Elianna got a lot of "Bridal" dress-up, due to her recent obsession with getting married. Here she is modeling a wedding accessory kit... and within the hour she had broken everything you see in this picture except the necklace. The bouquet fell apart, the veil ripped off the tiara, and the clasp on one of the earrings popped off! Fortunately, my hot glue gun came to the rescue and we are back in the bridal business.

Evil bride! Breaking all her gear!

Yep, she's quite the Bridezilla. Although, in her defense, most of the stuff fell apart during normal play. Except the bouquet, which she gleefully pulled to pieces so she could have "lots of flowers."
